House Buyout
With front-row views of the Manhattan Beach Pier and unmatched sunsets, The Strand House offers a picturesque location for large celebrations. With a full buyout, you can take over the entire main dining room for up to 120 guests (with additional capacity available when incorporating our outdoor dining balconies.). When you have “our house” to yourself for the evening, the experience is fully customizable—from menus to floor plans, virtually anything is possible.

Strandbar Buyout
Enjoy craft cocktails and tray passed hors d'oeuvres in your own private bar and lounge. Forever known as Manhattan Beach’s hotspot, StrandBar boasts all the views and plenty of atmosphere. An ocean lined wall of windows frames the room’s open concept, with the ocean breeze flowing in. Offering versatile layouts for any style of event, StrandBar is fully equipped with a DJ booth, mood lighting, dance floor, plasma screens, and intimate lounges.

Our private dining room, the Ocean View Room, lives up to its name, with panoramic picture windows looking out onto the iconic Manhattan Beach Pier and Pacific Ocean waves. Located on our Main Dining Room floor, this space is separated by an acoustic curtain, giving you and your guests total privacy to mingle and dine. Ideal for rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, company parties, or even a reception space for an intimate beach-side wedding dinner, our executive chef, wine director and event specialists will work with you to curate your one-of-a-kind experience.

Step inside The Strand House’s subterranean Wine Room: an active wine cellar featuring floor-to-ceiling displays of fine wines from around the world. Our talented team of Executive Chef Chris Park and Wine Director Lily Marsyukaeva can craft multi-course wine paired meals, tailored to your palate and preference. This unique private space is perfect for intimate celebrations with friends, a sophisticated wine pairing experience, or important business dinners.
