Our Story
Opened in 2011 by a small group of South Bay families, The Strand House was created to bring something new to Manhattan Beach: a destination that combined elevated dining, sweeping ocean views, and a vibrant nightlife scene under one roof. With a chef-driven menu of California coastal cuisine upstairs, and craft cocktails and live music downstairs at StrandBar, it’s become a favorite for locals, a must-visit for travelers, and a go-to for celebrations of all kinds—the Pacific Ocean as its ever-stunning backdrop.
